Garden Veggies

Here is some of our most recent produce production.  Since this picture we have harvested some corn as well!

I love summer veggies!

   Hey Beth, good lookin’ veggies. I see you’ve got some banana peppers and jalapenos. I grew those one year, and then the next year planted the jalapenos where the banana peppers had been, and vise versa, and the banana peppers came up as some weird cross breed pepper. Just FYI!

   Yummy-you asked about my tomato bake.
   Mine was a layered concoction like most of our meals.
   Wheat Pasta,
   Halved Peppers,
   Tomato Sauce (from last season),
   Halved Tomatoes,
   Fresh Corn,
   Hemp Seeds
   Baked in Oven @ 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes
