Not having to control a classroom of five year olds (although I really dearly love my job).<\/p>\n Drinking a cup of coffee and not worrying about having to guzzle it down because class starts in five minutes.<\/p>\n Enjoying my lunch, not having to eat in less than 20 minutes.<\/p>\n Gardening and eating produce that we grew in our backyard. I can practically taste the homemade salsa as we speak!<\/p>\n Cooking more \u2013 let\u2019s be honest, I don\u2019t cook that often during the school year!<\/p>\n Crafting \u2013 what kind of crafts will I create this summer??<\/p>\n Going on one field trip a week with Mikayla. My good friend Lara<\/a> came up with this idea and I love it!<\/p>\n Potentially going to the Famer\u2019s Market<\/a> two times a week.<\/p>\n My sister having her third child, my first niece.<\/p>\n A two week visit to Swaziland, Africa (*excited about the visit but not leaving Mikayla).<\/p>\n Playing in the pool with Mikayla.<\/p>\n Getting to see my husband more.
